Clergy Council Peach March for Mission Hills Police Station.

Over 200 people walked the streets of a well known gang area in Mission Hills, Ca. on Aug. 23rd for over 3 miles along side the LAPD to share a message of PEACE to the local community! We let the people of that area know that we the larger community surrounding them are behind them and to not be afraid of the local gang members. And to the gang members we let them know that we are tried of the violence and death of our neighbors. It was beautiful to see the people come out from behind their doors to cheer and thank us for being there for them!! We ended up at a local park where the different resources were available to the community include free food for those families who needed it!
