Description
I live alone, so lovingly prepared a meal for loved ones I hadn't met yet! I often make a sandwich to give away on my way to work, but today there wasn't anyone there, so driving home from Venice (after co-facilitating a Red Tent event for women ~ Super Compassion and the Torch was on the altar!) at 9:30pm, I asked the Universe/God to please show me clearly whom to give food to.
I passed a couple people sleeping on benches, but didn't feel like waking them, so I hoped there'd be someone awake at the overpass tent community I've passed before. There was! I pulled over, rolled down my window, and said, "Hi! Do you like peanut butter and jelly? I also have some chocolates and a granola bar and 3 packs of these Takis, that are kinda hot, is that cool?" 2 guys came up.
"Wow, thanks, yeah!"
"I'm Amy." I held out my hand, as I love to do.
"I'm Eric. Thanks, Amy. God bless." He shook my hand with his many-ringed one.
"You too, Eric. Have a great night."
